The ARC system is a simple, memorable, useful mnemonic and mental framework so the whole team is on the same page. ### Align Align your team with a shared purpose and core values. Inspired by [Good to Great](https://www.amazon.com/Good-Great-Some-Companies-Others/dp/0066620996) by Jim Collins, you'll learn about the benefits of alignment, as well as how to determine your team's purpose and core values. ### Reinforce Reinforce your team's purpose with objectives (outcome goals) and your core values with standards (process goals).
